Delivery:
 Actual shipping date for your order will be anywhere from 5 days to 15 business days for standard shipping. This is an estimate
Non-stock/special order items require approximately 4-6 weeks to ship. Weekends and holidays are not calculated in the delivery daysOrders cannot be cancelled once placed as once they are placed they are considered in process and can be in transit anytime before the 15 days or shortly after.

Shipping:

Shipping:. You must notify The Ritzy Rover within 48 hours of the date of delivery if you believe any part of your purchase is missing, wrong or damaged. Shipping carriers include but are not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEx, USPS and DHL according to the items ordered and the shipping destination. In order to offer our customers a wider selection of merchandise, many of our items are shipped directly from a number of different suppliers and may arrive in several different packages.  

If you wish to have your shipment expedited, contact us at info@theritzyrover.com. Some items do not qualify for expidited shipping as they are made to order or handmade.

Back Orders- If a product is back ordered you will be notified through email, it is then considered in progress and can be in transit to you at any time, if you receive an email with back order notification, you can cancel with in 24 hours or receiving the back order email. After this time period we cannot cancel the back order.

Non-Deliverable, Refused or Unclaimed Orders
If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, negligence, absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information (invalid, unknown or insufficient address), we will attempt contact you via telephone and/or email to resolve the order. Please make sure that the shipping information on your order is correct and that someone will be available to receive your package. All orders that require re-shipping at the request of the customer, whether for returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages, will require an additional re-shipping charge.

Sale or clearance items, perishable items, seasonal items, formal apparel, custom made, made to order or personalized items, special order items are non returnable. 
Due to strict health regulations no returns on beds, strollers, treats, toys, or carriers. Any seasonal items such as NFL jackets, hats, any licensed products are not returnable and fall under seasonal items.

Returns

 Christmas , Holiday  Policy and Year Round Policy: We can only give Store Credit, no refunds. For Exchanges, shipping fee paid by customer for item exchanged for. 

Exchanges: 1 item per order taken back for exchange, after 1 item exchanged all other items exchanged on order will incur $12.00, PLEASE MEASURE Your Pet CAREFULLY...  No current sales or discounts will apply for exchanged items.   

Credit Card or Paypal invoice will be charged for re-stocking fee and shipping expenses. Credit issued good up to 1 year from date of original purchase, if customer wishes to wait on choosing items at a later date. Refunds are given only if manufactuer defect. Return Authorization required for exchanges.  Merchandise sent to any address without Return authorization will be returned to sender. Please do not Re-0rder the item you wish to Exchange for thru our Online Shopping Cart, we will only give a Store Credit for this new order. *****

Exchanges are only accepted if the items does not fit or if its defective.    If you wish to return an item , you must contact us within 5 days of receiving shipment. Merchandise must be returned in it's original, new and unused condition within 15 days of receipt. All products must be returned in original packaging and sent back to us using an insured method such as Fedex or UPS with a tracking number. The customer is responsible for original and return shipping charges on all returns and exchanges. We will determine whether or not an item returned is unused, and is in original condition. Credit or exchanges will be provided once original item has been received.

We will e mail you will availability and shipping charges of the item you wish to exchange for. Please keep in mind different times of year are busier than others for our designers, seamstresses, and manufacturers. The original order may have been placed when shipment and transit times runs smoothly. Holidays  and change of seasons are always busier and this may cause a delay in being able to receive the items in a timely manner.
